FREE Pre-Claim Inspections

This is an advantage for both the insurance agents and the property owners. In central Indiana, H & R General Contractors are a preferred contractor for numerous insurance companies. We inspect, assess damages, scope damages, secure photographs, and create a fair and accurate estimate of repairs.

During our free Pre-Claim inspection we will inspect the property, assess the damage or damages, and create an estimate using construction estimating software known as Xactimate. Even though we are not insurance adjusters or have reviewed the insurance policy that applies to the property we have experience as both GENERAL CONTRACTORS and CATASTROPHE ADJUSTERS. This allows our estimators to create a fair, comprehensive, and accurate estimate for repairs as the insurance company would want to review.

After we present the estimate to the property owner they will then have the ability to turn the claim in with a creditable estimate of damages or decide that turning in an insurance claim would not be feasible.
