Our Technicians will determine the proper amount of drying equipment to put your
home or business back to pre-loss condition and assure that all affected areas are
dry to ASHREA standards and the base readings of the unaffected areas in your home
or business. We normally dry most homes in 3 days and base our billing on a 3 day
guarantee. All pricing is based from xactimate estimating software and is the standard
estimating software for the insurance companies.
General Guidance
At H & R we use the Xactimate estimating software to complete all estimates; this
is the same program that most insurance companies use. We do not set our own prices.
Prices are figured through Xactimate and are based on market conditions and the
area that we are working. This insures that the Insurance and H & R are not haggling
over price but rather focused on the scope of damage. Doing this insures that you
are getting everything that was damaged accurately estimated instead of chasing
numbers. Xactimate allows us to complete a diagram and sketch of your home or business
and all elevations, rooms, and roofs. It also documents the damage on the diagrams
along with corresponding photos, labeling the damage to show exactly what and where
the damage is so there is no confusing.
